after my positive result last week, I was thinking about only weighing in every two weeks, but I wanted to get a weight up before I start swimming. I figure that will give me a way to see if swimming helps me lose more than without swimming.

Anyways, I didn't get a good workout in a couple days this week. I've been trying to eat better, but of course, thats hard to do. So I'm gonna go for my first swim in a little while, after I get my goggles to fit good, work harder this week, and hope for a good number.
