Talk about totally killing what I thought was a good week. So far the two weeks that I've worked out I've gained weight, and when I haven't worked out I've lost. What the hell is going on. I know I don't eat too well, but still the working out should lead to burning more calories. I know that Ive gained back some hydration this week because I was super-dehydrated last week due to illness. But that still should not be 5 pounds.
I don't really know whats going on. But I'm gonna work out more next week and hope it works. Wish me luck.
