Two Days

Finally I've had two good days in a row. I've obviously been having problems with consistency. Seo, I am pretty happy that I've had 2 productive workouts in a row.

30 minutes of treadmill running. 1.8 miles. 220 calories.

Legs are a little sore, but we'll see about that tomorrow. Overall, good workout, two good days. pretty good week.
