Rest

Yup, I decided I'm going to rest today. I only got like 4 hours of sleep last night, then I had a busy day at work. And in about an hour I have to go pick up my girlfriend from work. Not leaving much time for any meaningful exercise.

So I decided I'm gonna rest, get a good night sleep tonight, then attack the shit out of tomorrow. Tomorrow work is going to suck, I already know it, and I'm hoping to have energy left over to get at least 1 good workout in tomorrow. Hopefully I'll get two, but I guess we'll see.
