Lonnnngggggg day

Sucks to say, but work was even worse than I thought it would be. And it totally wiped my out.

As far as my workout goes, I ended up going for like an hour walk with my girlfriend. Not strenuous by any means, but on top of a hard day of work, it was a really active day.
