Finally a good day

Day 1 of my triathlon training.

A little over 30 minutes on the treadmill. 1.75 miles. 200ish calories.

My legs are pretty damn sore. But other than that, I feel pretty good. See how I feel in the morning, after the very good night of sleep I'm going to get.

But for now, I'm happy, and ready to hit some weights tomorrow.
